Potatoes, Water, Corn Flour,All Purpose Flour, Salt, Black pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onions, Paprika,Schezwan Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Coriander, White Sesame Seeds.

Method

  • Take Potatoes and slice them into wedges, now wash them properly and strain.
  • In Bowl, add washed Potatoes, Corn Flour, All Purpose Flour, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
  • Now in heated oil, deep fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
  • In pan, add some oil, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green chilli, salt and mix well.
  • Now add Schezwan Sauce and Tomtao Ketchup, to maintain the consistency add little water.
  • Now the potatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.
  •  Now add coriander and white sesame seeds.
