Pasta, Soaked Kashmiri Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Green Chillies, Asafoetida

Method

  • In a Pan, boil water and add little oil , salt and pasta. Turn off the flame when Pasta is 80% cooked.
  • In a jar, add soaked Kashmiri Mirch, Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder and make a smooth paste.
  • In a pan, add oil, Asafoetida,Garlic, Onion, Green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and saute it well.
  • Now add the paste made.
  • Once the paste starts removing oil, add Boiled pasta and cook for 5 minutes.
