Ingredients

Boiled baby potatoes, Asafoetida, oil, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Dry mango powder, coriander Powder, Onion, Tomatoes, Garlic cloves, Green chilli, Cashew, curd, coriander leaves, Garam Masala.

Method

  • Fry Potatoes in oil with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and coriander powder.
  •  In a jar, add little oil, Onion, Tomatoes, Garlic cloves, Green chilli, Cashew and grind it to smooth paste.
  • In a pan, add oil, once its hot add Asafoetida,add Paste made, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder and garam masala, cook it until the sides leaves the oil.
  • Now add curd in that, and cook for 3 minutes, then add boiled potatoes.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes and then garnish it with coriander leaves.
