Method
- Take Potatoes and slice them into wedges, now wash them properly and strain.
- In Bowl, add washed Potatoes, Corn Flour, All Purpose Flour, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
- Now in heated oil, deep fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
- In pan, add some oil, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green chilli, salt and mix well.
- Now add Schezwan Sauce and Tomtao Ketchup, to maintain the consistency add little water.
- Now the potatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.
- Now add coriander and white sesame seeds.
