Thank you for shopping at EB Spices. We are committed to providing high-quality spices and excellent customer service. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.
- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product was damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the order.
Note: Perishable items and custom/bulk orders may have limited return eligibility (see below).
- Retail Orders (100g – 25kg)
- Eligible for return if above conditions are met.
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Bulk & Container Orders
For orders above 25kg or container bookings:
- Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged in transit or not as agreed in the purchase contract.
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, videos).
- Partial refunds or replacements may be offered based on case evaluation.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Customized or special bulk orders
- Clearance or sale items
- Products returned beyond the stated return period
- Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- For UPI/bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on your bank.
- Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return an item and place a new order.
- How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the product
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
