Method
- In a vessel, add water, rice and little salt and cook it till the rice is 80% cooked.
- Then in other pan, add oil, once its hot add Kashmiri Red Mirch, bay leaf,cumin seeds, Asafoetida,garlic, onion, green chillies and saute it for 5-8 minutes.
- Now add half cooked rice and Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well.
- Cook it for 4-6 minutes and then garnish it with Coriander leaves.
