Rice, Oil, Asafoetida, Kashmiri Red Mirch, Bay leaf, cumin seeds, Garlic, Onion, Green chillies, Beans,Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder,Coriander Leaves, Turmeric Powder.

Method

  • In a vessel, add water, rice and little salt and cook it till the rice is 80% cooked.
  • Then in other pan, add oil, once its hot add Kashmiri Red Mirch, bay leaf,cumin seeds, Asafoetida,garlic, onion, green chillies and saute it for 5-8 minutes.
  • Now add half cooked rice and Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well.
  • Cook it for 4-6 minutes and then garnish it with Coriander leaves.
